AdSense revenue sharing for mashups?

I have a couple of ideas for somewhat useful web/mobile based services that would leverage on existing services and their API’s (i.e. mashups – creating something out of one or more services using their API’s, and leveraging that as a new aggregate service with increased value). The problem with this, however, is how to bootstrap something like this as almost every service prohibits commercial usage of their infrastructue. This often also applies to possible revenue from advertisements.

I think what is needed, regarding both the service/infrastructure provider and a mashup creator, is some sort of standardized revenue sharing system within AdSense (or YPN or MSN adCenter or whatever). This way, any infrastructure provider could require some fixed percent of advertisement revenue from sites that use their stuff to implement something, while the mashup creator could also make something out of his/her creation. Surely this kind of thing can be done contractually, but it kinda locks out the small guy wanting to experiment, right?.
